What is your return policy?
We want you to love your faith-inspired apparel! Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products:
- Defective or damaged items: We'll replace or refund within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with photos of the issue.
- Wrong item received: We'll send the correct item at no charge within 30 days of delivery.
- Size exchanges: Available within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached (customer pays return shipping).
- Change of mind: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom-printed items unless defective.
How to initiate a return: Email us with your order number and photos if applicable. We'll respond within 1-2 business days.
Refund timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, all custom-printed apparel and accessories are final sale due to their made-to-order nature. Each item is specially created for you after you place your order, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind our quality—if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.
What is the expected delivery time?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. As a general guide, Standard Shipping typically takes about 3–7 business days, while Expedited Shipping usually arrives within 1–3 business days.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
